How long will it be before I receive my order?

As part of the shopping experience with us, we aim to process, pack and despatch your order on the same day, if your order is placed before 12 noon CST.

We ship orders through couriers please for metro Adelaide which is same day or next day delivery depending on your area for $15 + GST We also offer a direct courier service for urgent or bulk delivery orders which is charged depending on size and area.

Interstate and country orders we aim to have your order delivered within 1-4 business days. We can use your freight company or charge you depending on your requirements.

Do I need to be home/ in office when my parcel is delivered?

If your home or business is unattended, the Couriers will leave a card to notify you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel. We suggest having your orders delivered to an address where someone will be present or giving ‘Authority to leave’ if you think you’ll be out. This will ensure that you receive your parcel on time and with no hiccups!

Returns

No return will be accepted unless prior agreement has been made. After reaching agreement, goods returned must be in original packing, unsoiled, undamaged and delivery free into Freeway Security Wholesalers store. Unless otherwise agreed goods returned will be subjected to 15% restocking fee. Goods returned must be accompanied by a delivery docket stating the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return. Goods imported especially for a customer or non standard equipment made to special order, cannot be credited under any circumstances. No goods will be accepted for credit 14 days from purchase date.
